Masterclass Events Term & Conditions 2025-2027
The following constitute the terms and conditions to which applicants agree when booking any Masterclass (“Terms & Conditions”). If you are agreeing to these Terms & Conditions not as an individual but on behalf of your company or other legal entity then, “Customer” or “you” or “your” shall refer to such entity and its affiliates, and you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity and its affiliates to these Terms & Conditions and you are binding your company to these Terms & Conditions.
Re-thinking the Human Factor™ is a trading name of Marmalade Box Limited. For the purposes of this agreement Marmalade Box and you shall each be referred to as a “Party” and together as the “Parties” in this Agreement. If you do not have such authority, or if you do not agree with these Terms & Conditions, you must not accept these Terms & Conditions and may not use the documentation, whether printed or available online, provided by Marmalade Box Limited in relation with the Matsterclass. Marmalade Box Limited reserves the right to review and update these Terms & conditions periodically at its sole discretion.

BY ACCEPTING THIS AGREEMENT, EITHER BY CLICKING A BOX INDICATING YOUR ACCEPTANCE OR BY EXECUTING AN ORDER FORM THAT REFERENCES THIS AGREEMENT, OR BY USING OR ACCESSING Marmalade Box Limited’s Masterclass event YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT.

Jurisdiction
These terms and conditions are subject to the law and jurisdiction of England and Wales.

Parties
Re-thinking the Human Factor™, herein the “RHF,” is the trading name of Marmalade Box Limited. Marmalade Box Limited is a UK registered company, registration number 5581330, registered address 19-21 Main Road, Gedling, Nottingham, NG4 3HQ, England.
The Registrant [“You”]is the legal entity, whether organisational or personal who wishes to register for a Masterclass event.

Registration
When you submit a booking registration for a Masterclass event, your submission represents an offer to Marmalade Box Limited, to attend the Masterclass event you selected.
On submission of your registration request you will be asked to pay the registration fee. RHF will process your request and confirm whether your payment has been successful and if your place has been booked on the Masterclass you have chosen.
A registration entitles the named registrant to join the named Masterclass on the confirmed date.
This registration is transferable to another named person from within the same organisation for up to 30 days before the Masterclass event for a fee of 10% of the overall cost.
The registration date is not transferable. A registrant who cannot attend the selected Masterclass event on the chosen date can request to be added to a Reserve List for up to 12 months. After this 12 months has expired the registrant details will be removed from the Reserve List and they will lose their entitlement to attend the Masterclass.
Marmalade Box will communicate, by email or phone, with those on the Reserve List to inform them of any available spare places on upcoming Masterclass events. This communication will happen no more than 2 weeks before the Masterclass is due to be delivered.


The Fee
The Fee includes the Registrants participation in the Masterclass event. This includes lunch, morning and afternoon breaks. It does not include travel, accommodation or any other costs associated with attending and participating in the Masterclass event.

Refund
A refund is available up to 14 days from the date of purchase. Any refund will incur an administrative charge of 10% of the total fee to cover the credit card processors fee and our administrative overhead.

Registration Email Confirmation
The email confirming the Registrants place at the Masterclass event is subject to a final assessment of their submitted information to confirm whether there is any actual or potential conflict of interest with the registrant and Re-thinking the Human Factor™ or Marmalade Box Limited.
Employee, contractors, shareholders or other stakeholders in organisations which could or do pose a competitive risk to Marmalade Box Limited or Re-thinking the Human Factor™ will have their registration cancelled and their funds returned in line with our Refund policy above.

Masterclass Event Location
Event locations may vary due to the total number of registrants who enrol to attend a Masterclass. The address of the Masterclass and joining instructions may be sent out closer to the date of the event but not less than 30 days before the scheduled date for the Masterclass delivery.



Intellectual Property
You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Masterclass content, ideas, arguments, processes, practices, data within the organisation you work for or are engaged by to support delivering internal strategy and programmes to influence employee awareness, behaviour and culture.
The use of Masterclass content, ideas, arguments, processes, practices, data for the purpose of building applications, learning models, databases or any other services, for sale as a one off or re-occurring fee, to any legal entity, outside of the organisation which has the non-exclusive, no transferable, revocable license is strictly prohibited and will constitute an infringement of Marmalade Box Limited ‘s intellectual property rights.
No Masterclass content may be copied, reproduced, uploaded, posted, displayed or linked to in any way, in whole or in part, without Marmalade Box Limited prior permission.

Conflict of Interest
Marmalade Box reserves the right to reject a registration request and issue a refund where the registrant owns, is a shareholder, director, employee or contractor for an organisation or other legal entity which either A) competes directly with Marmalade Box Limited or its trading company Re-thinking the Human Factor™ or B) provides training and / or consulting services with regards to security awareness, behaviour and culture including understanding and managing risks associated with security awareness, behaviour and culture or human factor risks; or C) who develops, applications or platforms, aimed at influencing employee awareness, behaviour and culture; D) Provide consultancy, advisory or training services in cyber security or privacy; E) Who may wish to commercialise what they learn without a license from Marmalade Box Limited.

Rebate Offer
Where a rebate is offered this is for the sum of no more than 40% of a single Masterclass fee at a full rate deducted from the full cost of attending a RHF training course.
Training courses included in this offer include the RHF Foundation™, HFRA™ and SABC™ courses.
The offer of a rebate is limited to one rebate per person no matter how many masterclasses they attend.
The availability of an offer of a rebate is limited to 6 months or 180 calendar days, whichever is the shortest, from the date of the Masterclass event attended by the person claiming the rebate.
It is your responsibility to confirm that you would like to take advantage of the option to have a rebate. To do this you must confirm, during the registration process, that you choose the option of a rebate and that you consent to Marmalade Box remaining in contact with you via email.


Cancellation
Marmalade Box Limited reserves the right to cancel a Masterclass due to insufficient enrolment or other extenuating circumstances. by providing notice by email or where possible by phone at least 7 days before the event is due to commence.
Should Marmalade Box Limited cancel a Masterclass event you can transfer your registration to an alternative Masterclass event date.
